Use the login page and click "Forgot password" to receive a password reset email via Supabase. The reset link expires after 1 hour. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support@organism.ai.
Billing via Stripe is coming soon. The current beta period is free for invited founders. When billing launches, you will receive advance notice with pricing details and a grace period to set up payment methods.
Failed workflows are automatically logged with a full error trace visible in the Health dashboard (/health). The system uses circuit breakers to prevent cascading failures. You can retry failed workflows from the Runs page (/runs) or contact support if the issue persists.
All project data, workflow records, and account information is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with AES-256 encryption at rest. Transient queue data uses Redis (Upstash). No raw payment data is stored on our servers — Stripe handles all payment information.
Email privacy@organism.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion. Note that financial records may be retained for up to 7 years for compliance purposes.
We use Anthropic Claude models, primarily Claude Sonnet 4.6 for generation workflows and Claude Opus 4.7 for deep reasoning tasks. Model selection is automatically optimized based on task complexity and your monthly budget. We do not use other AI providers at this time.
